About KG
Academic Philosophy
The ABS Kindergarten is dedicated to the glory of God and exists to help children grow spiritually, emotionally, physically, and academically. We have high expectations of our children and want them to excel in everything they do in life.
"I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all my go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well", (3 John 1:2). We recognize that each child is an individual and we encourage all of our children to develop at their own pace. There is a strong emphasis on learning through play and practical activities.
Parental involvement is critical to the success of every child in our school; our efforts won't bear fruit unless they are supported and reinforced at home. This parental support means that you, as a parent, must see to it that your child gets adequate sleep and nutrition and arrives at school on time each day. It means encouraging your child to read the books he or she takes from the library. It also means taking some time in the afternoon to sit with your child, to talk to him/her, to play with him/her, and to review the worksheets they took in class that day.
Our Goals
1- To provide children with an enriched and appropriate environment in which they can explore and experience proper learning.
2- To help develop children's abilities and skills physically, academically, emotionally, spiritually and socially.
3- To provide activities that promote hands on experiences critical thinking and creativity.
4- To provide all children with love and care equally.
5- To attend to children's learning needs according to their individual differences.
6- To help children value themselves as special individuals and value others.
7- To build positive relationships with children's parents and involve them in their children's learning process.
8- To promote children's sense of loyalty towards their society and country.
9- To help children recognize that all beings are God's creation and should be respected.

Medical Matters Policy
If your child is ill, please keep him/her at home. An ill child can recover faster with plenty of rest. Moreover, he/she will not cause other children to become ill if the illness is contagious.
